MOBY is the first shipping company in Italy for the transport of cars and passengers to the most beautiful islands of the Mediterranean, Sardinia, Corsica and the Island of Elba.

The company has now reached its fifth generation of shipowners and is a leader in the maritime transport of passengers and goods.

The company's fast cruise ferries are among the first for quality: MOBY received the prestigious Green Star and was voted by passengers as the best ferry company at the Italia Travel Awards 2017. In 2016, 2017 and 2018, it was also awarded the quality label.

On 2 January 2012, MOBY acquired Toremar, Compagnia Regionale Toscana and in July 2015 100% of Tirrenia. With the three companies, the Onorato Group connects Sardinia, Sicily, Corsica, the island of Elba and the Tuscan archipelago with 38 ships, with about 41,000 departures for 33 ports.

Thanks to the synergies between the three companies, MOBY becomes the leading Italian shipping company for Mediterranean routes.

The first in the world to have decorated the sides of ships with the legendary Warner Bros. Looney Tunes, MOBY is the company par excellence dedicated to families, where fun, care for the environment, quality of service and excellent gastronomic offer, represent the first authentic emotion of the holiday.

The Onorato Group also has a fleet of 14 latest-generation tugs that provide services in nine Italian ports such as assisting ships in port and rescue activities. In the port of Livorno, Moby also controls the shipping agency Renzo Conti Srl and the roll-on/roll-off terminal LTM Autostrade del Mare Srl and is a shareholder in the Porto 2000 cruise terminal.
