Rules of validity

• The discount will be applied to the passenger tariff of one adult woman per ticket, net of taxes, rights and competences.
• To obtain the discount the “woman” must book together with at least one child (of up to 11 years) or an adult.
• The booking must be made between 09/05/2018 and 24/06/2018, for MOBY, TIRRENIA or TOREMAR destinations (excluding Tremiti and Malta) from 09/05/2018 to 30/11/2018, subject to availability of places for the initiative, on most departures.
• The discount will apply only to the purchase of MOBY, TIRRENIA or TOREMAR tickets.
• The discount can only be used on namely issued tickets.
• The discount will be applied exclusively to obtain a reduction on a new ticket, not on a modified one.
• The offer is not subsequently applicable.
• If the adult or child cancel, the discount for the woman is automatically cancelled.
• If the ticket is cancelled or modified, the discount will no longer be valid.
• The discount can be combined with all special offers of MOBY, Tirrenia and Toremar, but not with other tickets, vouchers or initiatives or offers of other promoters, group rates or special agreements.
• For Elba, Bonifacio (Corsica) - Santa Teresa di Gallura and vice versa, the offer cannot be purchased directly at the port.
• On the Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily routes, the tariffs are changeable for a certain fee. For each modification (also for names) we will charge you € 10,00 for Corsica routes and € 25,00 for Sardinia and Sicily routes, plus the possible difference between the former price and a necessary higher price. The ticket price does not change if due to a modification the price of the new booking is lower than the originally reserved trip, i.e. the original value of the booking is charged. A booking change or name change on line Sarcors or line Elba is not possible.
• In the event of cancellation, 100% cancellation fees will apply. This applies automatically to all other passengers in the same booking.
• If port staff find anomalies between the booking and those present for boarding, the discounted ticket will be cancelled and a new full price ticket must be purchased.
