Rules of validity

• The promotion is open to campers, caravans, minibuses, trailers and vans up to 7 m long.
• Tickets may not be reimbursed even partially. If cancelled, the ticket will be subject to a penalty equal to the total amount paid.
• Tickets for the Isle of Elba cannot be modified (even with name changes).
• The offer is subject to the availability of places (which may vary depending on the date and route) and is applicable only where there is a Best Price tariff.
• Additional passengers and cars may be booked at the normal tariffs.
• Prices for any vehicles exceeding the length limits will be given on request.
• The offer is not retroactive and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions.
• When taking advantage of a promotion that requires a booking for a vehicle, boarding staff will check that this vehicle is effectively present. If it is not, a penalty must be paid.
• Generally, special offers cannot be purchased directly at the port on the day of departure but must be booked;
• Generally, if Port staff find discrepancies between the booking and the people or vehicles boarding, they will ask for payment of a penalty.
• Generally, penalties are equal to the cost of the maximum tariff in our price lists.
