Rules of validity

• The discount applies to tickets purchased on 21 March for Moby departures for Livorno-Olbia-Livorno from 21/03/2024 to 31/12/2024, subject to the availability of seats reserved for the initiative on the scheduled dates;
• The discount is granted on the passenger and/or car price and/or accommodation price (the discount also applies to passengers without a car) less taxes and fees.
• The discount is only granted when purchasing MOBY tickets.
• The discount only applies to a new booking, not to a change.
  and only as long as seats for this offer are available on the designated dates.
• The discount applies to vehicles in the 1-2-3 category up to a height of 2.20 metres.
• The offer is not retroactive.
• The discount can be combined with all MOBY special offers and bonuses, but not with offers or discount codes from other organisers, group rates or special agreements.
• The discount can only be applied to firmly booked tickets.
• In the event of a change of date to a date other than that scheduled for the initiative, the discount will be cancelled and the fare available at the time of the change will apply.
• It is non-refundable, even partially. In the event of cancellation, a penalty equal to the total amount paid will be charged.
• It cannot be combined with the Resident fare.
• If the port staff detects irregularities in the booking that do not match the data available at the time of embarkation, the ticket issued with the discount code will be cancelled and a new ticket must be purchased at full price.
