How to apply the discount?

To apply the discount voucher, please enter the discount code in the "You've got a discount code? Please insert here" and then click on "APPLY". 

 

Rules of validity

• All customers purchasing a MOBY ticket (except Santa Teresa-Bonifacio-Santa Teresa and Ajaccio-Porto Torres-Ajaccio) and TIRRENIA from 01.11.2024 to 02.12.2024 for departures from 01.11.2024 to 30.09.2025 (for outward/return journeys, both routes must be for departures by 30.09.2025) will receive a voucher equal to 20% of the amount paid in euros (excluding taxes, surcharges, insurance, meals and other fees);
• The discount is valid from the third day after the booking date and can be applied to a subsequent ticket for all lines Moby (except Santa Teresa-Bonifacio-Santa Teresa and Ajaccio-Porto Torres-Ajaccio) and for Tirrenia on the Naples-Palermo-Naples route, until 30.09.2025, Genoa-Porto Torres-Genoa and Civitavecchia-Olbia-Civitavecchia from 01.06.2025 to 30.09.2025 with departure dates equal to or after the journey for which the discount was granted (for outward/return tickets, the date of the return journey applies).  Subject to the availability of spaces allocated for the promotion on the days designated;
• The value of the discount voucher is calculated at the time of the first ticket purchase; it is not recalculated for subsequent amendments;
• The voucher can be used for tickets that are worth less or more than the voucher itself (after deduction of taxes, fees, insurance, meals and other cost). If the value of the new ticket is higher than the amount of the voucher, the difference must be paid. On the other hand, if the value of the new ticket is less than the amount of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded, no new voucher is created;
• If the ticket on the basis of which the discount voucher was issued is cancelled, the validity of the discount code will also automatically expire;
• No discount voucher will be generated for tickets issued with group fares, other reductions or special agreements or offers from other operators;
• The discount voucher can be combined with all MOBY and TIRRENIA offers;
• The discount voucher can only be used to discount a new MOBY or TIRRENIA ticket, not for amendments;
• The offer is not valid retroactively;
• The discount voucher cannot be converted into a cash refund under any circumstances;
• The discount voucher is interchangeable between the companies (Moby and Tirrenia);
• The discount voucher is issued by name, but it is possible to pass it on to third parties by filling in this relevant form .
