Rules of validity

• Booking must be made until 02/12/2024 on selected Moby departures to Sardinia and Corsica until 30/09/2025 100% discount on the passenger fare for an adult, if accompanied by a child (4 to 11 years old) or a second paying adult. Subject to availability of seats reserved for the offer, on the dates when the offer is available;

• The discount is applied automatically to the deck passage fare for one adult passenger per ticket (possible cabins or sleeping seats are to pay), excluding taxes, surcharges and other costs;

• At least one other paying adult or child (between 4 and 11 years) must be included in the booking and journey to receive the discount;

• The discount is only granted when booking tickets for MOBY;

• The offer is only applicable to tickets issued by name;

• The discount is applied to a new ticket, not to an amendment ticket;

• The offer is not applicable retroactively;

• If the paying adult or child cancels, the discount for the non-paying adult will also automatically lapse. The rate available at the time of the change will then apply and the current daily tariff must be paid;

• If the ticket is canceled or amended, the discount automatically expires;

• The discount can be combined with all special offers and vouchers from MOBY, but not with offers from other organizers, as well as group tariffs and special agreements;

• The ticket is changeable and the variation penalties will be applied as per the general conditions of transport.

• If the ticket is canceled, 100% cancellation fees apply to all categories included. This regime automatically extends to all categories added within the same reservation process;

• Should employees find irregularities in the reservation or incorrect information on the ticket when checking in, the discounted ticket will be canceled and a new ticket at the current daily tariff must be purchased.
